HoerlyckAarhus.com ensures to deliver your item to you as soon as possible once we have received it from the supplier. However, HoerlyckAarhus.com reserves the right for any delays from the supplier's side. If you order a "pre-order" item, we do not charge your money until the item is shipped to you. NOTE Please be aware that you must choose to pay with a VISA/Dankort. If you pay, for example, with Mobile Pay, the money will be blocked in your account upon placing the order. Return and ExchangeWhen buying shoes or clothing on HoerlyckAarhus.com, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Your right of withdrawal begins on the day you receive the item. If you have ordered multiple items and they are delivered at different times, your right of withdrawal begins on the day you receive the last item. It is important that you ensure the item is securely packaged so that it does not get damaged during the return transport. You do this by returning the item in its original packaging and then in a protective box – this is 100% at your own expense. If you return your items, it MUST be in the original packaging, or you will not get your money back. If freight was paid for the original order, it will NOT be refunded. Freight will always be borne by the buyer; according to the Consumer Agreement Act §24 para. 2: The consumer bears the direct costs associated with returning the item, unless the trader has agreed to bear these costs or has failed to inform the consumer that the consumer must pay the costs, cf. § 8, para. 1, no. 12. You must not attach the return label directly to the item or its original packaging, as, in some cases, the item may not be resold at full price. Therefore, we recommend that you keep the outer packaging you receive your shipment in until you are sure that you will not use your right of withdrawal. Important: Items must be returned with original tags and in original packaging if you want to receive the refund. Remember to include the order confirmation you received by email in the return package. You must return the item to: IMPORTANT! Returns and complaints MUST be sent to our physical address Hørlyck Aarhus, Vestergade 8, 8000 Aarhus C and MUST NOT be sent to a parcel shop or similar. We will refund the purchase amount to you within 14 days from the date you notified us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. The amount will be transferred to the same payment method you used for the purchase. If, for example, you paid with a card, we will transfer the money back to the same card. Your purchase is covered by the Sale of Goods Act, including the rules on defects in the item sold. This means that you have a two-year warranty.
