Prices

All prices on HoerlyckAarhus.com are stated including 25% VAT and in Danish Kroner (DKK) on orders to within the EU. Prices do not include delivery charges. Orders outside the EU may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.

HoerlyckAarhus.com does not charge any fees for using MobilePay or credit cards issued within the EU.

All your card information is secured with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you can safely and securely order goods through our payment system without the risk of unauthorized persons reading either the card number or other information during the transaction with PBS (NETS).

Delivery

HoerlyckAarhus.com delivers free of charge to addresses in Denmark and Sweden for purchases over 499 DKK. (excluding sale items, which incur a fee of 39 DKK). The delivery price for other countries is specified on the order page. Your shipping options are shown on the order page (at checkout) after entering your address information. There is also shipping for sale items.

• Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.

EU: 2-4 business days
Norway / England: 2-5 business days During sales and holiday periods, longer delivery times may be expected.

Disclaimer: Hoerlyckaarhus.com is not responsible for any delays with shipping companies. Hoerlyckaarhus.com makes every effort to ensure that your item is delivered on time.

Pre-order

At certain times, it is possible to pre-order items that have not yet been released. HoerlyckAarhus.com ensures to deliver your item to you as soon as possible once we have received it from the supplier. However, HoerlyckAarhus.com reserves the right for any delays from the supplier's side. If you order a "pre-order" item, we do not charge your money until the item is shipped to you.

NOTE Please be aware that you must choose to pay with a VISA/Dankort. If you pay, for example, with Mobile Pay, the money will be blocked in your account upon placing the order.

Return and Exchange

When buying shoes or clothing on HoerlyckAarhus.com, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Your right of withdrawal begins on the day you receive the item. If you have ordered multiple items and they are delivered at different times, your right of withdrawal begins on the day you receive the last item. It is important that you ensure the item is securely packaged so that it does not get damaged during the return transport. You do this by returning the item in its original packaging and then in a protective box – this is 100% at your own expense.

If you return your items, it MUST be in the original packaging, or you will not get your money back.

If freight was paid for the original order, it will NOT be refunded. Freight will always be borne by the buyer; according to the Consumer Agreement Act §24 para. 2: The consumer bears the direct costs associated with returning the item, unless the trader has agreed to bear these costs or has failed to inform the consumer that the consumer must pay the costs, cf. § 8, para. 1, no. 12.

You must not attach the return label directly to the item or its original packaging, as, in some cases, the item may not be resold at full price. Therefore, we recommend that you keep the outer packaging you receive your shipment in until you are sure that you will not use your right of withdrawal.

Important:

Items must be returned with original tags and in original packaging if you want to receive the refund. Remember to include the order confirmation you received by email in the return package. You must return the item to:

IMPORTANT! Returns and complaints MUST be sent to our physical address Hørlyck Aarhus, Vestergade 8, 8000 Aarhus C and MUST NOT be sent to a parcel shop or similar. 

We will refund the purchase amount to you within 14 days from the date you notified us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. The amount will be transferred to the same payment method you used for the purchase. If, for example, you paid with a card, we will transfer the money back to the same card.

Return and any original shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. You are also responsible for the cost of the return cost (this applies for orders sent with UPS). If you are returning an order from Sweden and Finland, we will provide the returnlabel at the cost of 39 DKR, which we be deducted from the order amount.

Note: You must compensate HoerlyckAarhus.com for any impairment the item may have. This happens if the value of the item has been impaired because:

• you have actually used the item,
• it has been damaged while you were responsible for it,
• you have handled the item in a way other than necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items.

Your purchase is covered by the Sale of Goods Act, including the rules on defects in the item sold. This means that you have a two-year warranty. You must complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect in the item. THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON STUDS, BEADS, OR SEQUINS.
