Ordering
1. Find the desired item.
2. Click "Add to Cart."
3. Click "View Cart."
4. Click "Proceed to Checkout."
5. Enter your details (you can log in with your email and password if you've shopped with us before).
6. Choose the delivery type.
7. Pay with your credit card or mobile device.
You will automatically receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been completed. If you have any questions about the purchase process, feel free to contact us at +45 60 19 73 84.
Prices
All prices on hoerlyckaarhus.com are inclusive of 25% VAT and in Danish kroner. For orders outside the EU (Faroe Islands, Greenland, Norway, the United Kingdom, Switzerland), VAT will be deducted at checkout.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods and will only charge your card once the item is shipped:

We do not charge fees for using MobilePay or EU-issued credit cards. Your card information is secured with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, meaning you can safely place orders through our payment system without the risk of unauthorized access.
Shipping
We offer free shipping to addresses in Denmark and Sweden for orders over 499 DKK (except for sale items, where a 39 DKK shipping fee applies). Shipping costs to other countries are displayed on the order page.
Your shipping options will appear at checkout after entering your address details. Shipping costs apply to sale items.
Track & Trace

Shipping times to other countries/regions:
- EU: 2-4 business days
- Norway: 2-5 business days
Please note that delivery times may be longer during sales and holiday periods. For the Faroe Islands and Greenland, delivery times will be confirmed via email. Please contact us at webshop@hoerlyckaarhus.com for any questions.
Click-and-Collect
You can choose "Click-and-collect" when purchasing online and pick up your items at our stores in Aarhus or Silkeborg. If your order is a gift, we offer free gift wrapping. Remember to bring your online receipt.
Our store opening hours are:
- Monday-Thursday: 10:00 - 17:30
- Friday: 10:00 - 18:00
- Saturday: 10:00 - 15:00
Sales
We comply with the Consumer Agreement Act and offer a 100% return policy or a refund on all items within 14 days. Discounts during sales are reflected on the webshop. We reserve the right to refuse returned items (at the buyer's expense) if they exceed the 14-day return policy.
A shipping fee of 39 DKK is applied to sale items, which is non-refundable. Applicable to orders in Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.
Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing shoes or clothing, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the item. If you order multiple items that are delivered at different times, the right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the last item.
Use our Return Form - hoerlyckaarhus.com, which is included with your order.
A return label (only valid for Denmark) is included with your order. Please note that a fee of 39 DKK will be deducted if you use the return label. Ensure the item is securely packaged in the original packaging and then placed in a protective box, as this is at your own expense.
Return on orders sent with UPS
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. See the terms and conditions for UPS orders here.
Return the items in their original packaging to receive a refund. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable, and all shipping costs are covered by the buyer in accordance with the Consumer Agreement Act §24 sec. 2.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange for a different size, you must place a new order through the webshop. We reserve the right to discontinue or be out of stock on certain items.
Complaints
If you experience any defects or issues with your items, please contact us at webshop@hoerlyckaarhus.com. Please attach pictures and a description of the problem along with your order number or receipt. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
You have a 2-year warranty. If your claim is justified, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the situation. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover wear and tear or damages caused by improper handling. Complaints regarding rivets, beads, and sequins are not accepted.
